One person is dead and two people are in critical condition after a shooting at an ICE field office in Dallas Wednesday morning, according to the Dallas Police Department. The shooter is dead, they said. Video captured by a passerby showed a heavy first responder presence around the facility, which is located along a highway just southwest of Dallas Love Field Airport.
