I Ate Home Cooked Meals For The ENTIRE Day!

Monday day of eats! We are officially back on track. I don’t have a video for Sundays day of eats but I stayed within my calories even though I had chicken parmigiana at my parents for dinner. It was definitely a heavy meal. I’m looking forward to meeting with my coach today @Your Friend Mel and moving forward after falling off track for a few days.
